3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made using the available payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, or SSLCommerz.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times and fees vary by location. Free delivery is available for orders over ৳500 within Dhaka city. Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled items, please report within 24 hours of delivery. We offer replacement or refund based on the situation. Perishable dairy products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Smart Dairy Farm or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Dairy Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
