Our Return Policy
At Smart Dairy Farm, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled items, we will make it right. Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve them promptly.
Important: Perishable dairy products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
How Returns Work

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone, email, or the contact form. Provide your order number and details.
Step 2: We Review Your Request
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
Step 3: Resolution
We will either arrange a replacement delivery or process a refund based on your preference and the situation.

- Damaged or spoiled products upon delivery
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Products with quality issues
Not Eligible
- Products consumed or partially used
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Change of mind (for perishable items)
Refund Information
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bKash or bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Mobile payment refunds (bKash/Nagad) may be faster, typically within 3-5 business days.
Replacement Option
In most cases, we offer free replacement of damaged or incorrect items with our next delivery cycle. This is often faster than requesting a refund.
